- Tourist and Business visas are valid for multiple entries for 6 months up to 10 years for a stay not to exceed 180 days for each stay. Your visit to India must be completed prior to the expiration of the visa or prior to the end of the period of stay granted by Indian Immigration Authorities, whichever comes first.
- Religious ministers applying for tourist visas must provide a letter stating that they will not perform any religious activities while in India.
- Due to the jurisdiction restrictions set by the Embassy of India, APVI can accept India visa applications from legal residents of the following states only: Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Bermuda, Delaware, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of your trip and must contain at least one blank visa page. APVI can assist you with expediting your New US Passport, Passport Renewal or Additional Visa Pages.
